Over the past six years I've led cross-functional teams across three continents to take complex data products from proposal to launch: national open data platforms globally, helped public entities build usable digital services, and led the design and positioning of a flagship company product.
My work sits where product, design and business meet. I scope and price the engagement, run the research, shape the product, and manage the team that ships it.
