Buying a fruit or shipping shoes from another continent have become very common things that are accessible to anyone. However, the question of energy is more and more crucial. And, yet there is still a lot of ignorance about this subject. Most people feel concern about energy cost of what they do and buy. This first exercise of data visualization about mobility is the occasion to provide a tool against misconceptions by visualizing the energy cost of mobility. Energy cost of transportation depends on many different factors. The will of this visualization is to make this data easy to understand and compare so that it can benefit to anyone. The evolution thought time of those factors and how they influence energy cost will be an important tool for comparing and understanding.
